Phalaenopsis xvalentinii is a naturally occuring
hybrid between Phalaenopsis violacea and Phalaenopsis
cornu-cervi. This plant was bred back again with Phalaenopsis
violacea. I have another plant from the same vendor that has xvalentinii crossed back with the
other parent Phalaenopsis cornu-cervi, click
here to see it. The leaves on this plant are quite similar
to those of P. violacea.
