Tan Swee Kim is a hybrid between x valentinii and violacea. This plant was listed as a hybrid between x valentinii and bellina. It is strongly fragrant, smelling more like violacea than bellina. At the time the cross was registered bellina was not even a valid species so there is no way to really determine the lineage of this plant.
